Wild carrot

Strolling with the family beside the sea at Narooma, we encounter hillsides covered in wild carrot. Clambering, scrambling, giggling in the waist-high grass just in order to inhale the unmistakeable 'carrotyness' and then admire the exquisite chamber of seeds. Somethings are  so commonplace and yet so beautiful!

(S)he wishes for the cloths of heavens

HAD I the heavens' embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,
The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half-light,
I would spread the cloths under your feet:
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.

Yeats on a granite breakwall literally enwrought with golden and silver light.
